Laminex Christmas Trading Hours and Cut Off Dates
In preparation for the upcoming holiday period, we want to advise you of our hours of operation and order cut-offs to ensure minimal disruptions to your business.
Laminex Australia will take a well earned break for the holiday period, with the last day of trade on Tuesday 23rd December 2025, reopening Monday 5th January 2026 on reduced staffing.
To confirm orders prior to the break, please contact our Customer Experience Hub via phone or email to discuss your orders and confirm delivery dates. Order information along with placing new orders can be done via your Laminex TradeHub account.
Customer Experience Hub
Our Customer Experience Hub will operate until midday AEDT on Tuesday 23rd December 2025, and will be back from Monday 5th January 2026. Please note, webchat will be unavailable during these dates.
Showrooms
The last operating day for Laminex showrooms will be Friday 19th December 2025. Showrooms in Sydney, Brisbane, South Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide will re-open Monday 5th January 2026. All remaining showroom locations will re-open from Monday 12th January 2026.
Last Deliveries
Last deliveries will be on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 (restricted deliveries on this day), delivery will resume from Monday 5 January 2026. Some exclusions apply, including deliveries from Ballarat (6th January for Componentry & HML, 7th January for LPM), and Bathurst (6th January).

Waivenet Sample Order Cut-Off Dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery
To ensure your sample orders arrive before Christmas, please place them by the dates listed below:
2 December – Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Far North Queensland
3 December – Queensland Metro
5 December – South Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory
8 December – Victoria
Orders submitted after these dates are welcome; however, they will be processed when operations resume on Tuesday, 6 January.
