Laminex Christmas Trading Hours and Cut Off Dates
In preparation for the upcoming holiday period, we want to advise you of our Dec 2024/Jan 2025 hours of operation and order cut-offs to ensure minimal disruptions to your business.
Laminex Australia will take a well earned break for the holiday period, with the last day of trade Friday, 20th December 2024, reopening Thursday 2nd January 2025 on reduced staffing.
To confirm orders prior to the break, please contact our Customer Experience Hub via phone or email to discuss your orders and confirm delivery dates. Order information along with placing new orders can be done via your Laminex TradeHub account.
Customer Experience Hub
Our Customer Experience Hub will operate until midday Friday 20th December 2024, and will be back from Thursday 2nd January 2025 with reduced staff. Please note, webchat will be unavailable during these dates. Our Sales Team will return to work on Monday, 13th January 2025.
Showrooms
Our Showrooms will be open until Friday 20th December 2024, and will re-open Monday 6th January 2025. Please refer to our website for showroom operating hours.
Last Deliveries
Last deliveries will be on Friday, 20th December 2024 (restricted deliveries on this day). Customer pick ups final day is Thursday, 19th December 2024.
Deliveries from January 2025
For all metro regions, Distribution Centres will fulfil orders placed after the holiday cut-off dates from Friday 3rd January 2025. For all regional locations, orders placed after the cut off dates will be fulfilled from Tuesday 7th January 2025.
