Essastone Engineered Stone Discontinuation in 2024. Information for Trades | Information for Home Owners
Australia is banning the use, supply, and manufacture of engineered stone under work health and safety laws. As a result, Laminex has discontinued the Essastone range in the Australian market.
Laminex is focussed on assisting our customers and specifiers with the transition to alternatives to engineered stone in future, such as our Australian-made, silica-free Laminex High Pressure and Compact Laminates and our imported range of acrylic solid surface materials Hi-MACS®.
