Laminex Customer Experience Survey 2026 Prize

Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

The Promotion is conducted by Laminex Group Pty Limited (ABN 98 004 093 092) located at Level 6, 275 Alfred Street NORTH SYDNEY NSW 2060 Australia.

Prize

One (1) Prize will be awarded nationally across all participating states.

The Prize consists of one (1) Omega 34 Bottle Single Zone Freestanding Wine Cabinet valued at RRP AUD $549. The total national Prize pool is AUD $549.

The Prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian address at the expense of Laminex. Installation, setup, extended warranty, insurance, and any costs not expressly stated as being included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Laminex reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Promotional Period

Start Date and Time:Monday 12 October 2026 at 09.00am (AEST)

End Date and Time: Friday 30 October 2026 at 17.30pm (AEST)

Eligible Entrants

Participation in the Promotion is open to Australian companies, businesses, organisations, trade customers, resellers and distributors only who receive an invitation and participate (either directly or through an authorised representative) in the Laminex Customer Experience survey. Individuals must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Verification of age by the production of valid identification may be requested by the Promoter.

Employees of the Promoter and its related entities, and their immediate family members (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children and siblings), are not eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion.

How to Participate in the Promotion

During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Entrant must complete the Laminex Customer Experience survey that is sent to the nominated business contact email address. Entry is automatic on completion of the survey.

Only one entry per person per company is permitted unless otherwise advised by the Promoter. Eligible Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win a Prize. The Prize winner will be drawn from valid responses received.

Entry Limits

Multiple participation in the Promotion is not permitted. A limit of one (1) Prize per Eligible Entrant.

Prize Draw

The Prize draw will happen at 3pm (AEST) on Thursday the 5th of November, at the Melbourne office of the Promoter located at 130 Sharps Road, Melbourne Airport Business Centre, VIC 3045.

One (1) winner will be drawn nationally. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within one week, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw until an eligible winner is contactable.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be contacted by a Laminex Representative by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the Prize draw. Following the draw, the winner will be asked to provide their contact details, including a delivery address and telephone number, to enable Prize fulfilment. The Prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian address at no cost to the winner within two (2) months of the date of the relevant Prize draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery details provided by the winner.

General Terms

1. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize values are in Australian dollars.
2. If a Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value (the Promotor will first make reasonable attempts to reach agreement with the winner on the substitute prize).
3. This Promotion is open to sole traders, companies, businesses, organisations, body corporates, groups, trade customers and resellers or distributors of products and not individuals.
4. The Promotional Period may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. An Eligible Entrant receives and uses the Prize at their own risk.
8. The Prize is supplied by an independent 3rd party supplier and is subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party supplier. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of services or goods provided by 3rd party suppliers of goods and services forming part of the Prize.
9. The Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter gives no representation, no advice, no warranty, no undertaking, no promise and no forecast in relation to the Prize or its fitness or suitability for any purpose.
10. The Prize cannot be returned for cash or substituted by the Eligible Entrant.
11. The Promoter collects personal information about you in order to process your entry in the Promotion, announce and contact you if you are a winner, promote it and its related bodies corporate businesses, goods and services and for the purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at https://www.laminex.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy. This information may be disclosed to third parties that help us manage this Promotion or to deliver our goods and services. The Privacy Policy explains how we will collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, the consequences for you if we do not collect this information, and the way in which you can access and seek correction of your personal information or complain about a breach of the Privacy Act. 12. By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate sending future marketing materials to the Eligible Entrant including by electronic messages. 13. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, their resident state or region, likeness and image in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period, without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), the Promotor or any products manufactured, distributed or supplied by the Promoter.
14. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual including any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Prize, including without limitation as a result of receiving the Prize, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control), any Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of, but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
16. Eligible Entrants must not reproduce, copy or post any images that breach the intellectual property rights of any third party. It is the sole responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to ensure that their entry in the Promotion does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party. You warrant to the Promotor that your entry does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.
